¹⁴ “Behold, He ^(A)tears down, and it cannot be rebuilt;
He ^[a](B)imprisons a man, and ^[b]there can be no release.
¹⁵ “Behold, He ^(C)restrains the waters, and they dry up;
And He ^(D)sends them out, and they ^[c]inundate the earth.
¹⁶ “With Him are strength and sound wisdom,
The ^(E)misled and the misleader belong to Him.
